Watch out, Noel Fielding's about ...

Look who's dipping a cowboy-booted toe back into some London shows ...

So there was a very special guest at Just the Tonic in Leicester Square last weekend: dreamy androgyne Noel Fielding! The bouyant one from the Mighty Boosh performed a top-secret headline set of 30-40 minutes, following Patrick Monahan, Jack Whitehall and Carl Donnolly.

Boosh fans take note – when you see "secret guest" on our various listings, it may well be the pale-faced pin-up himself, as he is rumoured to be planning another appearance on the circuit soon. The most likely reason for this flurry of covert sets is his slot at the Teenage Cancer Trust fundraiser at the Albert Hall.

The last time your London is Funny moles spotted Mr Fielding (and indeed Mr Barrett) on the circuit was last month, when he attended Dan Clark's debut west end show. And guess what flavour crisps he was chomping on, between guffaws. Yep, prawn cocktail. So that whole androgynous thing goes right down to his preferred tang of snack. Have a day off mate!

Anyway, exciting news all round, as he is a unique presence onstage and this is a deserved coup for Just the Tonic – one of the best Friday/Saturday night shows in town. Click here for their listings.
