That list of Haiti comedy fundraisers in full

Wednesday, February 03 2010

The comedy circuit likes to do its bit when it comes to charity fundraisers, and here's where you can help Haitians while having a laff...

Anti-child labour and sweatshop charity No Sweat is holding a fundraiser at the Cross Kings pub in King's Cross (!). That takes place next Wednesday and features Robin Ince, Josie Long, Jeremy Hardy (pictured) and plenty more. Click here for full details and tickets.

Love Haiti looks a bit special. It takes place in a wonderful old music hall in the City and has some big name acts as well: Peter Serafinowicz and the Mighty Boosh's Rich Fulcher, not to mention Pete Firman, the Penny Dreadfuls and more.

Monkey Business in Chalk Farm has three such shows over the next few weeks (February 8, 15 and 22). Among the performers are Lucy Porter, Adam Bloom, Brendon Burns and Frisky and Mannish. Click here for more info.

Finally for now, the excellent Falling Down With Laughter club in Borough – which celebrates its fifth birthday this week – is raising money for Haiti at next Wednesday's show.

Check back here for more Haiti fundraisers. If there are any glaring omissions from this list, or if you are organising your own fundraiser for Haiti, email paul@londonisfunny.com
